Import a roster, export everything else
Getting students into the system and getting records back out are both bulk operations — a whole class at a time, not one student at a time.
Import a class roster
Upload an Excel file (.xlsx, up to 5MB) for a serie and the whole roster is added at once — on the native app or the web app.
Include an optional student code column to give every student a unique anonymization code.
Export formats
Any of these can be generated for a whole serie in one action:
- A plain roster spreadsheet
- A QR code catalog — an Excel file with each student’s QR code embedded
- A QR "text data" catalog — the underlying codes as text, for other tooling
- A ZIP archive of individual QR code images, one file per student
- A ZIP archive of Apple Wallet passes (.pkpass), one per student
- A Google Wallet pass export as a spreadsheet
- Anonymized versions of the exports above, using student codes instead of names
